We are looking for a skilled and proactive Commercial Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning operations across Southern NSW District. This role will involve managing a team of cleaners, ensuring high standards of cleanliness in commercial properties, and providing training and support. A company vehicle will be provided for travel between locations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and supervise a team of cleaners across Southern NSW District.
- Coordinate and schedule daily cleaning tasks to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to cleaning staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in working order.
- Address client concerns and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Travel across Southern NSW District using the company vehicle.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning management or similar role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
- Company vehicle provided - valid driver's license required.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety standards.
