The Successful Applicant A successful Customer Engagement Account Manager should have: Proven experience in account management or sales / field sales within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
