Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact, including welcoming visitors and handling telephone calls.
* Provide administrative support, such as stationery ordering, correspondence preparation, and HR assistance.
* Coordinate logistics, including travel bookings, meetings, and event venues.
* Manage travel requests and approvals via 'Hellosign' and maintain records.
* Utilize Dropbox/Sharepoint systems for record keeping.
* Maintain calendars, teleconference facilities, and ensure proper approval processes.
* Liaise with IT and telecom providers for phone and data services.
* Support staff induction and training on administrative procedures.
* Ensure office and kitchen cleanliness and safety.
* Setup and reconcile registrations via Ivvy and handle accounts reconciliation.
* Coordinate with training venues and providers.
