We are currently on the search for a seasoned and dedicated HR/IR Manager with a passion for managing complex Industrial Relations, while fostering a positive and engaging work environment. **What you can bring to the role**:
- Minimum of 10 years of HR or IR Leadership experience.
- Degree qualified in HR/IR or related disciplines, with a deep understanding industrial relations.
- Ability to work autonomously while also being an effective team player.
- Demonstrated capability to approach HR and IR with a coaching mindset and effectively manage a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Comfortable with travelling to different sites across VIC and SA as required.
