Working within a highly motivated and success orientated environment, majority of your time will be spent helping your team to convert leads in to sales. You will lead daily coaching and mentoring sessions to enable your team to reach their goals.**Other responsibilities include**:
- Assist Showroom Manager to drive sales growth
- Initiate Local area marketing incentives
- Regular reporting on Sales and KPI targets
- Engage customers on showroom floor
- Ongoing Sales and Product training

You are highly organised, structured and can execute a detailed sales strategy to reach your targets. Known for your high level of enthusiasm, you always move at pace and have a knack for building excitement, not only for your staff, but also your customers.**Other attributes include**:
- Coachable with a desire to learn
- Strong knowledge of Retail sales processes and B2C sales, preferably within the home improvement or building materials space
- Strong closing ability
- Working under pressure to meet deadlines is one of your strengths
- Minimum 2 years in a Supervisory or Team Lead role
- You have a hands-on approach and love interacting with customers
**Reward**
- OTE for this role sits at $70,000-$80,000, which consists of a competitive hourly rate plus superannuation, penalty rates, commission, and business tools.**Next Step
