Criteria
* Have substantial senior executive experience managing large, complex, and geographically dispersed service environments.
* A proven track record of delivering performance, managing significant budgets, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
* Demonstrate deep expertise in rural or remote service delivery, including workforce sustainability and service integration
* Hold high-level business acumen with the ability to align resources to community demand and system priorities.
* Have a values-led leadership style, fostering a positive culture through visible engagement and accountability.
* Ideally hold relevant tertiary qualifications in health, business, management, finance or a related discipline.
The Package
Total remuneration value of up to $284,962 p.a. is comprised of:
* A salary between $202,404 - $220,983 p.a.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
* 17.5% leave loading
