Community Stakeholder Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Community Stakeholder Administrator to support our Coomera Connector Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Communications and Stakeholder Manager with all aspects of project communication and engagement activities.
The role involves:
* Internal communications, preparation of stories, formatting and distribution of monthly project newsletter including implementation and promotional activities of the projects Social Responsibility Plan.
* Support consultation with project stakeholders, recording stakeholder data, including all stakeholder interactions, to the project's stakeholder database.
* Assist delivery of communication materials including distribution of E-news and internal site communications and management of regular site photography (aerial, ground and timelapse), accompanying professional photographer, seeking project approvals, naming files and submitting to client each month.
* Attend community events and supporting displays on behalf of the project and management of booking and coordination of site tours and local events, as required.
* Assist drafting social media posts, creating content and working with photographer/videographer where required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance activities, construction experience seen as advantageous, and possess contractual experience in contract delivery. You will be a strategic thinker, able to harness and nurture internal and external stakeholder relationships, and an ability to work collaboratively within a complex and diverse environment.

This is a part-time opportunity available with flexibility to offer either a 3 or 4 day working week, plus hours that accommodate children school hours.
