PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Two Moons is a full-service marketing agency providing branding, design and digital marketing services. Due to our business growth, we are now looking for a talented person to fill our Digital Designer role to join the Two Moons Marketing team.
This role supports the Two Moons team in delivering a wide variety of brand, campaign and web design projects. The role will suit an experienced graphic designer with a passion for branding and creativity across the digital space. The role will also include website design and deployment using your technical knowledge. The position is supported by an experienced in-house web programmer.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Create and develop high quality, on-brand web design and digital graphic design in response to marketing briefs and strategies.
2. Design of online graphics for use in online advertising forums and applications.
3. Deliver finished artwork for print and digital channels with high attention to detail in a time-sensitive environment.
4. Knowledge of the latest UX design standards, wireframe design and responsive design.
5. Support creative and marketing team to deliver major campaigns and projects.
6. Brand creation from a brand strategy workshop and brief. Includes the development of Brand style guides.
7. Present work with clear and strategic rationale (both verbally and written).
8. Collaborate with wider Marketing team and stakeholders to deliver projects on deadline and on budget.
9. Contribute to creative culture by following and sharing industry trends.
10. Balance high quality creative solutions with sales and positioning objectives to achieve goals.
To be successful you will need to have:
1. A minimum 3 years’ experience in a graphic / brand design role (in-house or agency).
2. Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or Advertising.
3. A portfolio of work demonstrating strong typography and layout skills.
4. Experience working with brand guidelines.
5. An understanding of art-working for print and digital.
6. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
7. 3 years experience in Wordpress and front end development.
8. Experience in the use of Advanced Custom Fields.
9. Experience in the development of LMS systems and Australian Training Framework Compliance.
10. Experience with API integrations.
11. Confidence in communicating design decisions and rationale.
12. The ability to collaborate and follow creative direction.

The preferred position is full time, however we are willing to be flexible if we find the right person with the right skill sets.

SALARY
$75k - $85k plus super.
