Job Description

We're currently looking for a Personal Care Worker with a heart for people to join us for permanent and casual shifts at our Aged Care facility in Mirani, QLD.
What You'll Do
* Provide hands‐on care: Assist elderly residents with everyday activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
* Support mobility & transfers: Help with positioning and mobility to ensure comfort and safety.
* Meal support: Assist with meal preparation and feeding to ensure proper nutrition.
* Monitor well‐being: Keep a close eye on residents' health and report any changes.
* Create a safe, clean environment: Contribute to maintaining a space where residents feel at ease and cared for.
* Build meaningful connections: Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and your fellow team members.
What You Bring
* A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Disability.
* Ideally, 6+ months of experience in Aged Care.
* 2025/2026 Influenza Vaccine Record.
* Australian Police Check (or willingness to undergo one).
* NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to get one).
* Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorships offered).
