We're on the lookout for a confident Property Manager ready to take ownership of a portfolio from start to finish, with the structure, systems, and support that make the role enjoyable again. You'll have VA and admin assistance so you can focus on what you do best, people and property.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing your portfolio end-to-end with administrative support
* Building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
* Overseeing lease renewals, rent reviews, and compliance
* Conducting entry, routine, and exit inspections
* Handling maintenance, arrears, and QCAT preparation as required
* Delivering quality service that reflects our "do it once, do it right" standard
* Using industry-leading platforms: Ailo, Inspect Real Estate, and Vault, with ongoing Ailo support from the Ailo team
What You Won't Be Doing
* No receipting, water invoicing, or processing council rates
* No application screening or new business chasing
* No weekend work – your Saturdays and Sundays are yours

What You'll Need:
* QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* QLD Driver's Licence
* 1+ years' experience in Property Management
* Strong communication, organisation, and follow-through
* A team mindset and desire to grow
