What you'll be doing
Manage all aspects of the coffee shop's operations
Inventory management
Develop and implement innovative menu offerings, promotions, and initiatives to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
Foster a positive, customer-focused culture and lead a team of baristas and kitchen staff
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as the club's policies and procedures
Collaborate with the broader management team to align the coffee shop's performance with the club's overall strategic objectives
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a coffee shop or café setting
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills to handle the dynamic nature of a busy coffee shop environment
Passion for creating and serving high-quality food and beverages, with a deep understanding of coffee culture and trends
Proficiency in inventory management & cost control
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers, staff, and management
