We are an established sheet metal business undergoing an exciting acquisition and rebrand to ProCore Sheetmetal, and we're looking for a dynamic Manager to lead the next chapter of our growth.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll oversee day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and foster a positive team culture. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of the business under the ProCore brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the sheet metal manufacturing team.
* Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
* Collaborate with senior leadership on business strategy and continuous improvement.
* Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.
* Support financial performance through cost awareness and reporting (training provided).
What We're Looking For
* Manufacturing background – trade-qualified, engineering, or management experience.
* Strong leadership and people management skills – a true "people person."
* Basic understanding of finance (or willingness to learn).
