We are looking for
4. Strong understanding of contemporary issues, challenges and directions facing NSW Intensive Care Services.
5. Demonstrated ability to promote and market the Intensive Care NSW network effectively with clinicians, senior management and external stakeholders, to represent and present on behalf of the Agency for Clinical Innovation.
6. Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate change and improvement initiatives with clinicians, senior clinicians and executives.
The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) leads innovation in clinical care across NSW. We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.
What you will be doing
The Project Officer will manage and lead the planning, development and implementation of priority projects that will improve the quality and safety of intensive services across NSW.
This role will support the network priorities and provide support and guidance to some of the NSW Intensive Care NSW advisory, working and special interest groups. This will include the development of a strategy for the integration of these groups, with clear work plans and identified deliverables.
The Project Officer will work in collaboration with the Intensive Care NSW Network Manager, Intensive Care NSW Clinical Director, ICNSW team, the Intensive Care NSW Network, ACI Streams and Directorates, and key stakeholders.
