About the Role
As a Crew Coach or Manager‑in‑Training, you'll play a key role in shaping the culture and performance of a brand‑new restaurant. You'll receive hands‑on training, leadership development, and support from experienced McDonald's leaders to help you grow into a confident, capable manager.
You'll be involved in:
* Coaching and supporting crew to deliver outstanding customer experiences
* Leading shifts and ensuring smooth, efficient operations
* Maintaining McDonald's high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service
* Helping build a positive, high‑performing team from day one
* Learning the full range of management responsibilities as you progress
We want people who:
* Have previous McDonald's experience (Crew Coach, Shift Manager, or above)
* Have a minimum of 1 year of McDonald's experience in any role
* Are motivated to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibilities
* Enjoy working in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment
* Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic

* Are Australian citizens or permanent residents
