This full-time front desk officer role at Mile End is a key opportunity to provide high-end customer service to visitors and over the phone as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide seamless and solution-focused customer service in-person and over the phone
* Undertake administration tasks
* Contribute to the customer experience by providing and linking customers to expert services that support maintaining a good life
Requirements
* Outstanding customer service skills, with proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service
* IT savvy – with intermediate computer literacy, with the ability to use various software and databases
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Candidates with experience in a similar role are highly desirable
