About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized face-to-face assistance to workers and employers, providing workers' compensation advice, conducting community visits, and proactively achieving the optimum outcome of recovery and early sustainable return to work.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Deliver personalized support to workers and employers
* Provide expert advice on workers' compensation
* Conduct regular community visits to workplaces and medical clinics
* Achieve optimal outcomes for injured workers
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth return-to-work processes
What We Are Looking For
* Strong knowledge and experience in rehabilitation and return-to-work principles
* Tertiary studies in Allied Health or a related field
* Allied Health background with understanding of medical terminology and injury recovery timeframes
* Knowledge of NSW workers' compensation legislation and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
