About the Role
As a key member of our team, you'll provide both clinical and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Assisting dentists during examinations and procedures
* Maintaining a sterile work environment by sterilising and disinfecting instruments
* Preparing and organising treatment rooms for patient appointments
* Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and care
* Answering phone calls and managing appointments
* Maintaining accurate patient records
* Performing various administrative duties as needed
* Handling patient information with strict confidentiality

What We're Looking For
* Dental Assistant: No experience required – full training provided
* Receptionist: Previous office or receptionist experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* A genuine interest in the dental industry and commitment to quality patient care
* Willingness to learn and undergo training for sterilisation and infection control
* Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality
