As a Guidance Counsellor/Psychologist in this key role, you will play a vital part in enhancing students' social and emotional wellbeing.
You will work closely with families and teachers to create a supportive environment, ensuring students feel safe and supported.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with families and teachers to develop strategies for supporting students' social and emotional wellbeing.
* Work with students to address mental health concerns and provide guidance on personal development.
* Contribute to creating a positive school culture that promotes wellbeing and resilience.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Masters degree in Psychology or Counselling is required.
* Registration as a Psychologist or Counsellor with a relevant professional body is essential.
* Experience working with children and young people in a school setting is necessary.
