The role of the Logistics Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for customer orders, stock deliveries, and driver allocation.
* Create and manage daily schedules for logistics teams
* Adjust and coordinate delivery routes throughout the day
* Liaise with external partners to allocate deliveries effectively
* Plan vehicle loads based on customer priorities and deadlines
* Provide customers with updates on estimated times of arrival, schedule changes, delays, and priorities
