Job Opportunity

In this role, you will be working closely with our legal team to drive meaningful results for clients. Your responsibilities will include supporting the team with administrative tasks and optimizing internal systems to process information efficiently.


Main Responsibilities:

* Providing administrative support to the legal team
* Cultivating strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills
* Maintaining accurate filing systems and managing documents effectively
* Responding promptly to client inquiries and correspondence
* Assisting with preparing matters for conference and hearing


Key Requirements:

* Previous administration experience in a similar field
* Professional presentation and client service focus
* Accurate typing skills with intermediate Word & Excel skills
* Attention to detail in document management and collation
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Sympathy and a genuine desire to help individuals who have experienced trauma
