Job Title: Product Manager
As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to stabilize the product. This involves working closely with sales teams to execute aggressive marketing plans for new products. You will also identify potential customers and vendors, and build strong relationships with them.
Your responsibilities will include managing vendor programs and promotions, aligning with vendor sales teams, growing the product, and ensuring alignment with vendor innovation. Additionally, you will be responsible for overall working capital management, including inventory and operations. You will design and plan promotional materials and campaigns, as well as plan and execute stocking and sell-out strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need to identify present and future opportunities for the product line, review and analyze performance reports of products in the market, and follow up with stakeholders on leads, forecasting, and sales closing. Your understanding of customer needs and latest market trends will be essential in driving business growth.
Key requirements for this position include minimum 4 years of Product Management experience. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can drive results in a fast-paced environment.
