The Opportunity
We're looking for a Finance Manager – FP&A to support financial planning, reporting, insights, and decision‑making for our growing Town Centres portfolio. This role plays a key part in delivering accurate, timely, and meaningful analysis that supports commercial performance and strategic outcomes.
You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Commercial Finance, Financial Control, and our offshore team (TCS), helping drive business performance and continuous improvement across processes and systems.
What You'll Do
• Partner to lead the Town Centres planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, ensuring timeliness and quality.
• Deliver monthly, half‑year, and annual financial reporting aligned with business requirements.
• Prepare management reports and insights to support operational and strategic decision‑making.
• Review financial results, identify trends, and provide value‑adding analysis.
• Act as a key FP&A partner for Town Centre Managers, responding to queries and delivering clear, meaningful insights.
• Drive system and process improvements to support scalability, transparency, and uplift in analytical capability.
• Support benchmarking, valuations, and coordination of technical accounting advice.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and escalation protocols.
• Identify risks and opportunities for projects and support mitigation strategies.

Experience & Skills That Count
• Experience in Town Centres property finance is highly regarded.
• Strong experience in FP&A, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial accounting.
• Skilled in financial analysis, data interpretation, and developing clear insights.
• Proven capability in producing accurate, timely financial deliverables.
• Ability to work with diverse data sources and systems, with a continuous improvement mindset.
