Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Freight Planner to manage all operational aspects of our road freight services, including contract and order management, scheduling, timeslots, and supplier management.
* Plan and execute freight scheduling to meet current and future demand of internal stakeholders and customers.
* Manage third-party bulk handling networks and/or ex-farm execution orders.
* Perform administrative tasks for customer order execution, including delivery confirmations and reconciliations when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate master data in systems for contractors, sites, customers, and order processing.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in logistics or supply chain administration is essential.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn and apply new systems and technologies.
* Strong communication, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
