A well-established service-based organisation in Melbourne's South East is seeking an organised and proactive Field Service Controller to join their team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys coordinating people, managing workflows, and keeping a fast-moving environment running smoothly. You will play a key role in coordinating daily operations by ensuring technicians are scheduled efficiently and customer jobs are managed seamlessly. We are ideally looking for someone who can start in January
Key responsibilities:
• Scheduling, allocating and coordinating technicians' daily workloads
• Managing job bookings, schedule changes and urgent requests
• Preparing and issuing quotes for service jobs
• Liaising with customers via phone and email regarding bookings and updates
• Maintaining accurate job records and documentation within the system
• Supporting the wider team with general administration as required
About You:
• Previous experience in scheduling, or service coordination within the Fire Industry
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working with job management systems (AroFlo exposure advantageous, not essential)
• Reliable, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
