EDC are on the lookout for their next New Home Sales Consultant.
Having achieved strong growth to date through the dedication and drive of the team working with a unique product, EDC are now looking to commit to the development of a sophisticated and agile sales consultant. There is one thing missing – you.
This is your time to shine. Come on board with your knowledge of new home sales, building relationships and smoothly executing sales projects from start to finish. You will be working with a dynamic team and showcasing the bespoke and flexible unique flavour of all EDC projects. You will be the person assisting clients in building their forever home.
You will be taking charge in developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, listening to their needs, and guiding them into the best match with the most suitable products. Success on your role will see you proactively seeking new sales leads, converting incoming enquiries into business, and generally following up on all existing leads from established relationships and channels. You are the point of contact for all customers, guiding them through the whole process from start to finish.
Sounds great right, but what’s the fit?
You come with proven track record in new home sales off the plan, you demonstrate repeated success converting leads into sales and ensuring you see out the process from start to finish. You are self-motivated person who loves a challenge and are willing to do what it takes to earn that commission!
Your communication with clients and your team is exceptional as are your negotiation skills, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills. You enjoy conversing with customers and building those relationships where you can fully understand the customer, able to qualify and fulfill their needs.
You thrive in a fast paced, goal oriented environment and enjoy taking home some big commission cheques! This is a commission-based role with your earning potential set to skyrocket.
