Danone are searching for a Key Account Manager to join the business. Working closely with our customer Coles, you will be tasked with delivering the financial objectives set whilst directly and indirectly managing customer engagement through the execution of initiatives that deliver sustainable and profitable growth.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Support the development and delivery of category lead customer plans by working collaboratively across functions as well as externally, all whilst building a strong understanding of customer and their shopper
- Contribute to the development and delivery of strategic category and customer initiatives across the key account team, aligning with customers to drive growth
- Manage the delivery of sales performance across multiple retail and wholesale customers in line with budget. You will also be responsible for managing any promotional claims in line with Danone's processes
- Drive the execution of NPD, category, channel and brand activity aligned to both Danone's business priorities and the customers
About you
To be successful in this role you will enjoy working with a variety of different people both internally and externally whilst driving a commercial agenda to achieve the best results for Danone and its customer. You will continuously seek out the opportunity and have the foresight to plan effectively.
Ideally you will have:
- Previous experience working within a Key Account Management role
- Experience working within the FMCG industry is preferred
- Tertiary education in business or commerce is highly regarded
- Experience negotiating with customers
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to build working relationships with a variety of different people
