A dynamic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Field Service Technician to join the newly growing Mt Isa team.
In this role, you will complete maintenance and repairs to a wide array of Komatsu machinery providing technical support for our clients throughout the region.
In addition to offering a competitive hourly rate, you will receive an array of allowances and a fully decked out trade vehicle.
Roster and Salary
Roster: 7 & 7 roster primarily day shifts with occasional short-term night shifts
Salary: From $115,000 - $180,000 (with penalties + allowances)
What you'll bring
Trade qualification in mobile plant technologies or heavy diesel; mechanical trades.
Prior experience in a similar role, ideally with Komatsu machinery
Excellent communication and time management skills
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities
QLD Drivers Licence
HR Licence and Forklift ticket (desirable)
Demonstrated Safety focus with no prior site restrictions
