About the Role:

* Drive customer journey optimisation through analytics tools, A/B testing frameworks, and UX design principles.
* Ensure strong product visibility, navigation, and alignment with buying priorities and customer behaviors.
* Manage site performance, content updates, and functionality across all regional domains.
* Optimise the customer journey across web and app, including search experience, email flows, and promotional campaigns.
* Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless fulfilment, returns, and shipping integrations.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to maintain competitiveness and customer-centricity.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in an e-commerce leadership role, preferably within a D2C retail or fashion brand.
* Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus and proficiency in third-party integrations and apps.
* Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and build a collaborative, growth-focused culture.
* Proficiency in web analytics, CRO tools, A/B testing, and UX optimisation strategies.
* Experience managing development roadmaps, agency relationships, and delivering large-scale digital projects.
* A sharp commercial mindset paired with deep customer empathy and insight.
* Outstanding communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
