Best & less has an opportunity for a **Part-time Permanent Team Member**to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Tweed Heads, NSW Store.
As an integral member of the Tweed Heads 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together
**As a Team member your role will include**
- Creating a passionate and unique shopping experience for our customers,
- Together with your team create the 'Bestie' culture in store. Bringing it to life through an environment of fun and team work.
- Drive for results, exceeding sales and profit for the store,
- Ensuring the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished.
- Creative VM presentation of the store from door to floor.
- Rotating Roster, including some weekends
**As a Bestie Retail Team member, you are recognised as someone who has**:
- 2-3 years' experience in retail in a high volume store
- Experience in a supervisor or Duty manager role
- Full availability
- part-time 15-20hrs per week
- Really passionate about customer experience
- Positive attitude - we can teach the rest
- Eager to learn
- Desire to develop your career in retail

Pay: Up to $25.79 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
