Due to an internal promotion, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Administration & Services Manager
This is a key management role responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our administration, transport, and support services — ensuring our staff and clients receive the highest level of support every day.
You will lead a busy, committed team across two sites, providing hands-on guidance in a fast-paced workplace where no two days are the same. From managing office systems and procedures to coordinating fleet operations, facilities, and contracts, your leadership will help continue delivering high-quality community health services
About the Role
In this role, you will:
• Oversee the day-to-day performance of administration, transport, and support services teams
• Lead the smooth and effective operation of the office, maintaining strong systems, clear procedures, and secure, compliant record-keeping.
• Manage fleet operations including servicing, insurance, and compliance
• Oversee facilities and contracted services such as cleaning, security, and maintenance
• Monitor operational budgets and resources
• Lead, support, and develop administrative staff to deliver outstanding internal and external service

• Qualifications and/or solid experience in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Proven success leading high-performing admin or customer service teams
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing budgets, assets, facilities, and fleets
