Diagnostic Technician
Job Summary
This role involves performing diagnostic testing and specimen storage.
* Perform manual and automated diagnostic testing.
* Store and retrieve specimens as required.
* Maintain equipment and ensure its smooth operation.
* Manage records accurately and confidentially.
* Assist with stock control and order supplies when necessary.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will need to possess the following skills:
* A Diploma of Laboratory Technology or equivalent qualification.
* Previous laboratory experience is highly desirable.
* Able to work within a team environment and adhere to organisational policies and procedures.
* Excellent time management, interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Strong understanding of quality assurance and workplace health and safety procedures.
