The Role
As the Senior Manager Finance Business Partnering, you will lead DNAP's Finance Business Partnering (FBP) function, providing strategic financial insight, commercial support and decision‑making guidance to senior leaders. You will act as the primary conduit between Finance, Operations and Commercial, ensuring financial outcomes are aligned with business strategy and operating margin performance across the region.
You will:
· Lead and develop the team to deliver high‑quality insights and analysis
· Drive operating margin performance through customer profitability analysis, tender modelling and strategic recommendations
· Oversee business performance reporting, variance analysis and key metrics for DNAP leadership and the Executive Team
· Lead integrated planning, budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling across operational and commercial functions
· Strengthen cross‑functional alignment between finance, operations and commercial teams to improve decision‑making
· Champion continuous improvement, uplift dashboards and analytics, and support finance transformation initiatives including SAP S4Hana
What You'll Bring

· Accounting/Commerce degree and CA or CPA qualification
· Experience in finance leadership within a large, multi-business unit environment
· Strong commercial acumen with advanced financial modelling, forecasting and strategic analysis capability
· Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams
· Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across finance, operations and commercial
· Power BI or other visualisation tool experience, with a focus on improving dashboards and insights
