Due to ongoing business growth, an opportunity exists for an associate sales consultant in Townsville to be mentored and taught by the existing team on how to successfully manage a sales territory and execute a sales business plan.
Responsibilities and role details
Our customers come from both state and private schools and the stakeholders you\'ll be working with will include school principals, deputy principals, department heads, business and office managers. Over time it is also likely that you will have exposure to the commercial sales side of the business with potential to sell into government, healthcare and private enterprise.
While in the associate role, you will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package, comprising of a base salary with car allowance (total 80-85k) + super, tools of trade, 17% leave loading and commission on any sales that you are personally responsible for.
This is a hybrid role and BFX\'s supportive and trusting culture will enable you to work from your home office when not out on the road visiting prospects and customers.
Ideal candidate
* Experience in retail or branch sales, inside sales, telephone sales or a customer service background with a sales focus.
* Interest in taking the next step into a more structured sales environment.
* Progression toward a territory sales consultant role with potential for increased base pay and access to the sales incentive plan.
Remuneration and benefits
