We are searching for an exceptional hospitality leader — someone with the experience, confidence and people skills to lead a diverse team, elevate workplace culture, and create an environment built on positivity, accountability and high standards.
This is not simply a café management role.
We are looking for someone who can genuinely influence people, develop future leaders, and help shape the next chapter of our business.
About the Role
You will oversee the daily operations of our busy café and retail space while leading, mentoring and developing a wide range of personalities and skill levels within the team.
A key part of this role will involve identifying, training and mentoring up-and-coming managers and team leaders, helping build a strong leadership culture throughout the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role.
We are looking for someone who leads from the front, is willing to roll up their sleeves, work alongside the team during busy periods, and set the standard through action, attitude and consistency.
The ideal person will:
Have proven leadership and hospitality management experience
Be confident managing diverse personalities and team dynamics
Lead with emotional intelligence, professionalism and consistency
Create a positive, accountable and high-performing workplace culture
Train, mentor and develop emerging leaders within the team
Be hands-on and highly present within daily operations
Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Lead by example and maintain high operational standards
Be passionate about customer experience, teamwork and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
We value attitude, leadership and character just as highly as hospitality experience.
You’ll ideally bring:
Strong café or hospitality management experience
Experience leading larger or diverse teams
Experience training and developing staff into leadership roles
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
High-volume coffee or café experience
The ability to motivate, mentor and hold people accountable
A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
