For the Talent Professional Who Wants to Make Recruitment Count

You have built solid recruitment experience in a legal or professional services environment. You are good at the transactional side, but you are ready for a role where the work is broader, the culture is genuine and the firm around you takes its people as seriously as its clients.

This is an opportunity for a talent professional with 3–4 years experience to join the People and Culture team of a leading independent Brisbane law firm in a varied, end-to-end recruitment role.

The Timing

The People and Culture team is growing and they are looking for someone who can own the recruitment function, contribute to the broader people experience and bring genuine relationship‐building capability to a firm that values that approach.

The Work Itself

End-to-end recruitment across legal and business services roles. Leadership of the law clerk program from university engagement through to progression into graduate and lawyer positions. Onboarding and induction delivery, pipeline building, agency relationship management and contribution to inclusion, diversity and equity initiatives. A role with genuine breadth for someone who wants more than a requisition list.

A talent professional with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline and 3–4 years experience in a legal or professional services environment, gained in either a recruitment agency or in-house role. Experience with HCM and recruitment systems, a proactive mindset and a genuine commitment to an inclusive and respectful workplace.
