• Proven track record of managing client accounts and achieving revenue targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareResponsibilities:
• Manage strategic online sales plans and accounts for key clients, including monitoring performance metrics and identifying opportunities for growth,
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through effective merchandising, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, conducting regular business reviews, and offering solutions to meet their needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to ensure alignment on account priorities and objectives
• Seek new channel opportunities through agile experimentation and digital-first thinking
• Category growth and joint business planning with our key accounts
• Create and manager digital trading calendars that optimise product visibility, innovation sell-in, and availability
• ROI-focused campaign execution and performance tracking, in partnership with our digital agencyQualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce account management or related role with preferable experience in managing Amazon or Marketplace accounts
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
