They are looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer to join their team. A long-term employee is moving into another role within the business and they need to fill this role.
This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for processing orders, handling customer inquiries and quotations, and providing product support. You'll also work closely with the Sales Manager and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer orders, and quotes
• Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Assist customers with product information and support
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain efficient workflow
What We Are Looking For:
• Previous experience in customer service or sales
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the hardware, building or roofing industry (preferred but not essential)
