About the Role
This full-time position involves managing a variety of tasks and customer demands. The successful candidate will report directly to the Practice Manager.
Duties
* Reception and general administration duties
* Processing medical bookings
* Results management
* Conducting preliminary medical assessments
* Specimen collection (including supervision of Drug and Alcohol Testing)
* Audiometry testing
* Spirometry testing
* Invoicing
Key Responsibilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Prior experience in reception or medical/clinical roles would be advantageous but not required
