About the Role:
Investigate operational requirements, problems, and opportunities
Seek effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes
Assist in analyzing stakeholder objectives and underlying issues from investigations into business requirements and problems, and identify options for consideration
Work with stakeholders to identify potential benefits, available options, and define acceptance tests
Contribute to selecting appropriate business analysis methods, tools, and techniques, choosing between predictive (plan-driven) or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches
