**The Opportunity**
Reporting to the Operations Manager, key responsibilities will include;
- Manage the HR inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Assist with creating HR documentation, including contracts, variation letters and ER letters
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and procedures
- Developing effective relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Updating and maintaining all employee files
- Entering and maintaining data and records in learning technologies including the Learning Management System.
**About You**
- Prior HR experience
- Proven ability to communicate at all levels and strong relationship building skills
- Strong administration skills
- Experience in problem solving queries and adding value to stakeholders experience with HR
- Proven experience in delivering multiple priorities
- Collaborative team player, able to work as part of a virtual service delivery team
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
