The opportunity
As an Immigration Lawyer, you will have the ability to provide legal immigration advice and experience managing a caseload independently. You will demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Australian immigration law, regulations and policy, and ability to work on and support more senior members of the team on highly technical immigration matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 5 years of post-admission experience with a focus on corporate immigration or non-employer sponsored matters. This position offers structured professional growth and development in a fast-paced, yet supportive and highly collaborative environment. The position sits within one of our major corporate immigration teams – where we represent a broad client base ranging from individuals and emerging businesses to many of the world’s leading multinational companies. You may also have exposure to a variety of immigration matters outside of corporate work.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal immigration advice and manage a caseload independently.
- Work on technically complex immigration matters with senior team members.
- Support a broad client base including individuals, emerging businesses, and multinational companies.

Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of post-admission experience, with a focus on corporate immigration or non-employer sponsored matters.
- Sound working knowledge of Australian immigration law, regulations and policy.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; quick learner with strong client service focus.
- Proficiency with various systems and technology; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and time-management skills; flexible and team-oriented.
