Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced process engineer to lead our water infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing consultancy services, engineering expertise, and technical direction in the ANZ region.
Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership in design and consultancy services for water infrastructure projects
* Collaborate with commercial, project management, engineering, and design technical leaders to plan, develop, deliver, and operate various projects
* Support team development and growth, and build design capability
* Lead interface with global delivery centers to improve delivery capability and meet targets
* Delve technically excellent designs and consultancy services
* Drive business development; be responsible for work winning, identifying opportunities, and supporting opportunity wins
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships; act as a trusted advisor to key clients and represent the team at thought leadership events
* Collaborate with the client management team to identify emerging opportunities; manage projects in PM and DPE roles to deliver cost, on-time performance, and client satisfaction
* Provide design management on projects; maintain compliance with quality assurance procedures, including the deliverables review QA process
* Facilitate the technical development of junior resources; promote knowledge sharing and coaching within a high-performing team; promote safety culture with the organisation and clients
* Support your Performance Unit (PU) to thrive in a global setting, encouraging cross-geography collaboration to maximise the benefit of global delivery
