About the Role
We are seeking a talented professional to fill the position of Success Account Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with valued suppliers and driving revenue growth through account education, retention, and new business sales.
You will have the opportunity to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, fine-tuning solutions to accelerate both client and business success. Additionally, you will be responsible for rolling out the welcome mat for new automotive businesses, guiding them onto our platform and equipping them with the knowledge to navigate it effectively.
This is a full-time role, requiring Monday-to-Friday working hours. You will have the support of a dynamic workplace where collaboration between creatives, marketers, and engineers fuels innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain professional rapport with valued automotive business suppliers.
* Steer the growth of all retail suppliers and fuel revenue through account education & retention, new business sales, and add-on products.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, fine-tuning solutions to accelerate both client and business success.
* Roll out the welcome mat for new automotive businesses, guiding them onto our platform.
* Equip suppliers with the knowledge to navigate our platform, ensuring they're revved up and ready to perform.
* Foster enduring and high-quality relationships with all our suppliers, ensuring a seamless journey for all.
* Take a full-time joy ride, clocking in Monday through Friday.
About You

Strong Sales Ability: A proven track record of shifting gears and exceeding targets.
Driven Professional: Motivated and self-starting, with excellent interpersonal skills to build strong connections.
Excellent Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills and exceptional time management to keep everything running smoothly.
Knowledge of Automotive Industry: Some mileage in the automotive industry would be a bonus, but we're open to individuals with diverse backgrounds, fresh outlooks, and stellar customer service skills.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft or Google Suite programs, especially Excel/Google Sheets, is beneficial.
