Speech Pathologist Role in Longreach QLD
Our organisation is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team in Longreach QLD. This role offers the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the health and wellbeing of rural communities.
* We are looking for an experienced or new graduate Speech Pathologist who can administer assessments, provide treatment and management, and deliver family-centred early childhood intervention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct standardised and informal assessments to determine the nature and extent of speech, language, learning and communication disorders or swallowing difficulties.
2. Provide therapy and management for speech, language, learning and communication disorders that may be developmental, part of a disability, acquired as a result of injury or disease.
3. Deliver early childhood intervention strategies to support the development of children's communication skills.
