This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with real estate experience and a current Certificate of Registration (COR) or Class 2 Licence who is looking to grow their career within a supportive team environment.

You will play a key role in supporting the Property Management department while also managing the front-of-house reception duties, ensuring the office runs smoothly and clients receive a professional first impression.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Property Management team
• Manage front-of-house reception and greet clients professionally
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails and general enquiries
• Prepare tenancy documentation including lease agreements and renewals
• Assist with vacate processes, tenant communication and file management
• Maintain accurate records and update property management systems
• Coordinate appointments, inspections and team schedules
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

About You:
• Previous real estate experience is essential
• Certificate of Registration (COR) or Class 2 Licence required
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Confident communication and professional presentation
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Salary:
UP TO $75,000 package (depending on experience)
