About this role
We are seeking a dedicated Community Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our support network, you will work closely with individuals to promote independence and holistic living.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personalized support in everyday daily activities around the home
* Assist with hygiene and personal care
* Support and chaperone activities outside the home environment
* Assist with medication compliance, including dispensation of prescription medication
* Support with meal assistance and preparation
What We're Looking For
* A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support
* A valid Drivers License, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance
* At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
* NDIS Clearance, First Aid certification (within 3 years), CPR certification (within 12 months), and National police clearance or willingness to obtain
