Overview
Lightspeed group of companies is a Non-bank lender & Home loan specialist operating throughout Australia (with head office in Victoria).In light of recent success and growth for 2026, we are looking for a highly skilled and well-organized loan specialist. The position focuses on attention to detail in filling and managing client files via the broker, with a streamlined administrative process.
Responsibilities
* Filling and managing client files via the broker to support a streamlined administrative process.
* Acting as a liaison between clients and lenders, lawyers, banks & titles office.
* Ensuring all documentation related to a loan application is submitted and gathered accurately and in a timely manner.
* Providing impeccable levels of customer service and presentation in daily activities (emails, phone interactions, meetings with clients) and maintaining ownership of client spreadsheets.
* Working independently and managing workflow with a strong focus on compliance and reputation.
* Ensuring client files are complete with all relevant details and up-to-date documentation (attention to detail mandatory).
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in non-bank lending.
* May have own ABN and 5+ years in the industry with a solid track record of success.
* Diploma in Financial Services or Certificate IV (Min Cert IV).
* Familiarity with the aggregator world and accreditation with a number of banks.
* Excellent phone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional filing skills and time management.
* Ability to prepare loan documentation (Mandate to Act, Letters of Offer, Letters of Consents).
* Current bank accreditations with multiple banks and solid experience in the private non-bank lending space (preferred).
* Extraordinary computer skills and meticulous attention to detail with numbers.
