About The Opportunity
Make a real impact supporting accurate, timely payments that keep our services running for Australians. Join a collaborative Finance team, report to the Finance Manager, and help us improve processes as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
* Process end‑to‑end AP in TechnologyOne (incl. prepayments) with accurate coding to cost centres, projects and accounts.
* Maintain the AP Invoice Register and supplier master data; raise purchase orders and support PO process enhancements.
* Prepare weekly payment runs (incl. monthly FOREX).
* Reconcile AP accounts and supplier statements; prepare month‑end accruals.
* Produce AP reports (transactions, new vendor, PTRS) and partner closely with AP/Finance Officers.
* Champion continuous improvement and policy compliance.
About you
* 2+ years' end‑to‑end AP experience and strong Excel skills.
* Comfortable with multi‑project/job costing and reconciliations.
* Experience with financial systems; TechnologyOne/xlOne desirable.
* Detail‑focused, organised and collaborative communicator.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in knowledge management, content operations, service delivery, or a similar role.
* Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to structure content clearly for diverse audiences.
* Confidence navigating digital platforms and troubleshooting system issues.
* A proactive approach to process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
* The ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
