About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Education Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality, education or care management within aged care.
Key responsibilities include:
* Educating, mentoring and supporting care staff to deliver high-quality care
* Assessing and identifying clinical gaps and providing training solutions
* Coaching and advising clinical staff
* Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Maintaining accurate training records
* Completing monthly care home audits and quality indicator reports
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation consistent with policy, legislation, and privacy requirements
* Preparing staff for aged care commission visits
To be successful in this role you will require:
* Bachelor of Nursing
* Current AHPRA registration
* Demonstrated experience in a Quality, Education or Care Manager role within aged care
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* National Police and NDIS clearances
* Flu vaccination and Covid vaccinations
