**_Central Highlands Rural Health Information & Administration team is seeking an enthusiastic person to lead our Administration Team._**
**_ About the_** role**
The Team Leader works closely with the Manager - Health Information & Administration to support and lead staff and functions within Health Information and Administration Service at Central Highlands Rural Health.
Functions include but are not limited to:
- hospital reception, switchboard, emergency attendances, patient registration/admission/discharge, community health appointments, scanned health record management, private patient administrative management, rostering and policy and procedure development/redesign.
This role acts as the first point of support for staff from this group (rostering, staff replacement and day to day operations/queries). Understanding when to escalate any problems or issues is an important function of this role. This role ensures the delivery of a quality Health Information and Administration service to internal and external customers. The role will be based in Kyneton but will have oversight of Health Information & Administration across Central Highlands Rural Health.

Permanent role 80 hours per fortnight with ADO
**Salary**: $37.68 Per hour + 10.5% superannuation + access to salary packaging

It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
